Curiosity, NASA's Latest Rover

Curiosity is a car-sized robotic rover exploring Gale Crater on Mars as part of NASA's Mars Science Laboratory mission. Curiosity has launched from Cape Canaveral on November 26, 2011 aboard the MSL spacecraft and landed on Aeolis Palus  in Gale Crater on Mars on Agust 6, 2012.

NASA has been sending rovers to Mars recently to explore it since humans are currently unable to survive in Mars. This rover (to the right) is called Spirit, also known as MER-A or MER-2, is a robotic rover on Mars, active from 2004 to 2010. It was one of two rovers of NASA's ongoing Mars Exploration Rover Mission.
